Can I return my purchase for a refund?
All food and educational items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Small appliances may be returned for exchange should they arrived dead or malfunctioning. Goods that are delivered damaged must be reported to Canada Post.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Nihonclub uses Google Checkout for all credit card transactions. This process utilizes 128bit SSL encryption security for all Internet transactions. Google also provides fraud protection.

What do I do if my package is damaged when received?
Nihonclub uses quality packaging materials and care to protect your purchases from damage.
All packages are shipped using either Canada Post parcel or XpressPost. All shipping damages and issues must be reported directly to Canada Post.
Can I order by fax or email?
Orders will only be accepted via the online store of by fax.
All fax orders will be subject to a $4 order charge.
Email order are not accepted due protect the security and safety of our customers.
